Peggy A. Jones
Director
Peggy A. Jones is
Director of Nehemiah Community
Reinvestment Fund, a community
development loan fund providing
capital resources to community
- and faith-based nonprofits for
affordable housing, community
facilities and economic development.
Additionally, she is Acting Director
of Real Estate and Community Development
for Nehemiah Corporation of America
(NCA) and supervises all real
estate activities of NCA, the
Nehemiah Sacramento Valley Fund,
an equity fund serving the Sacramento-area,
as well as Nehemiah’s development
of new equity funds nationally.
Peggy’s prior
experience includes being Director
of Lending at Northern California
Community Loan Fund as well as
being Loan Fund Coordinator at
Rural Community Assistance Corporation
where she managed the assets of
its loan fund and coordinated
its activities in 12 Western states.
Before moving to nonprofit community
development, Peggy was a real
estate project manager developing
commercial office projects and
neighborhood shopping centers.
She has a BA from
California State University, Sacramento
and did postgraduate work at the
University of California, Davis.
Peggy has also completed the Federal
Reserve’s National Community
Development Lending School.
