The Nehemiah Program® is the nation’s largest and most trusted downpayment assistance program. Since 1997, we have provided over $600 million in gift funds to more than 165,000 families nationwide representing $20 billion in real estate transactions.

Nehemiah Community Reinvestment Fund™, Inc. (NCRF) is a nonprofit community development financial institution dedicated to providing capital and resources to revitalize low income and underserved communities.

Nehemiah Community Foundation™, Inc. (NCF) provides grants to faith-based and community-based organizations in the areas of affordable housing, education and economic development.

Nehemiah Urban Ministry Initiatives (NUMI) is dedicated to transforming people and places through Christian community development and hands-on urban ministry.

Sacramento Valley Fund LLC invests in the development of high quality, urban scale, mixed use and mixed-income housing, commercial, and industrial projects.

Nehemiah Progressive Housing Development Corporation develops affordable housing for families and seniors through state and federal tax credit programs.

CitiesFirst® In August of 2001, Nehemiah partnered with the U.S. Conference of Mayors to align programs and resources into a joint effort called CitiesFirst® - a vehicle for developing strong communities within urban core areas.
