Aaron A. Giovara

Aaron A. Giovara, Partner, is a cofounder of PCCP and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and consummation of new investments with a primary focus on Northern California. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Giovara was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank and a principal in the Capital Markets Group. There, Mr. Giovara was responsible for originating more than $600 million in highly leveraged real estate mezzanine and straight debt loans. He has led all aspects of underwriting, due diligence, and structuring and in 1996 managed a $400MM loan portfolio secured by residential developments, retail centers, industrial and office buildings, as well as raw land. Prior to joining Wells Fargo's capital markets group, Mr. Giovara was a member of the Bank's Real Estate Industries Group where he specialized in originating standing and construction loans. Mr. Giovara received a BS in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991.
