Donald H. Kuemmeler
Donald H. Kuemmeler, Partner, is one of
PCCP's founding partners. Prior to forming PCCP in 1998, Mr.
Kuemmeler spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Kuemmeler
was a Senior Vice President and a principal in the Real Estate
Merchant Banking Group. In three years in that group, Mr.
Kuemmeler originated more than $1 billion in short and medium
term commitments, of which approximately $200 million represented
mezzanine loans and equity participation opportunities. Prior
to joining the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, Mr. Kuemmeler
was a principal in Wells Fargo's real estate managed assets
group, where he restructured over $1 billion in problem loans
secured by assets throughout the country. In 1986, Mr. Kuemmeler
received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University
of California (Berkeley). Mr. Kuemmeler holds a Masters of
Business Administration from Berkeley's Haas Business School.
Mr. Kuemmeler serves on the Board of Directors of the East
Bay chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
