Phil Russick

Philip P. Russick, Principal - joined PCCP in June 2003. Mr. Russick is responsible for originations in the Sacramento and greater Central Valley market. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Russick owned and presided over several different companies in the health care and hospitality industries. Before going out on his own, Mr. Russick was the Principal in charge of Wells Fargo's North California Real Estate Managed Asset Group. While at Wells Fargo, Mr. Russick managed a $400 million portfolio of distressed real estate assets. Mr. Russick received his B.S. and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara.
