Pacific Coast Capital Partners, LLC is a full service real estate investment firm, with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California. We originate and service our investments. We provide all forms of real estate investment capital, on all product types PCCP brings to each deal the expertise of its principals and its capital partners. The principals of PCCP bring an average of 15 years of real estate investment expertise to each deal. PCCP focuses on transactions in California, the mountain states, and the Pacific Northwest and Southwest.

Nehemiah Community Reinvestment Fund

Sacramento Valley Fund is co-sponsored by the Nehemiah Community Reinvestment Fund™ ("NCRF"). The NCRF, a non-profit public benefit corporation created by Nehemiah Corporation of America in 1999, was founded as a vehicle for channeling institutional capital into real estate investment projects in economically underserved urban areas. NCRF will serve as the local liaison to the targeted communities of the Fund.

Based in Sacramento, NCRF has invested more than $25 million in local community development projects and programs. Additionally, through the affiliated Nehemiah Community Foundation, gifts totaling more than $1 million have been made to other charitable organizations in the Sacramento area. NCRF's Board of Directors and Executives have taken leadership roles in local civic and community affairs, and NCRF's personnel have significant experience in local real estate and community development.
