Adam Zoger

Before joining Bay Area Smart Growth Fund I, LLC Adam Zoger was a Senior Vice President at Bay View Bank and responsible for all real estate lending, which included all affordable housing and economic development. Mr. Zoger was responsible for over $750MM of structured debt and equity for affordable housing and economic development projects. Mr. Zoger has over 15 years of real estate experience which includes: commercial, multifamily, industrial, affordable housing, hotels, land, development, financing, acquisition, dispositions, management and training of personnel, restructuring, legal and regulatory issues.
