Social Service Agency: Transitional Living and Community Support, Inc.

(TLCS) is a private, non-profit social rehabilitation agency in Sacramento County serving people with psychiatric disabilities. TLCS provides information and referral, outreach services, independent living skills training, housing, and community support services for mentally ill and homeless mentally ill adults.

Southside House provides housing for up to twelve program participants who do not have other housing resources. This facility is the residential component of Project Redirection which provides comprehensive case management and mental health services, substance abuse recovery services and related support site services to project participants.
