Dear Industry Partner,

Last month in Indianapolis, Nehemiah Corporation along with local industry partners raised more than $35,000 to benefit Nehemiah Urban Land Trust (NULT) at The First NULT Invitational Golf Tournament.

As you may recall, NULT is designed to acquire, manage and preserve social service agencies with housing components that assist low-income, special needs families and individuals. NULT provides organizations the peace of mind and security they need to continue offering services essential to their communities. Initially, Nehemiah has committed $1 million to the program, which will be used to preserve social service agencies in Indianapolis as well as Atlanta, Baltimore, and Charlotte.

The money to underwrite NULT stems from The Nehemiah Program®. Since 1998, Nehemiah’s down payment assistance program has helped more than 4,894 Indianapolis families realize the American dream of homeownership. We, at Nehemiah, are focused on providing Indianapolis residents with programs and services enabling their city and its communities to continue to thrive.

We would like to thank all of the sponsors for their continued support and dedication to ensuring that Nehemiah programs are successful throughout Indianapolis. We look forward to a long and prosperous working relationship with our sponsor organizations.

Sincerely,

Scott Syphax
